The ITA is supporting many women who want to pursue careers in the trades. Tradeworks Training Society's Women's Workshop program introduces women to carpentry and other trades and gives them a chance to learn basic skills. The program is targeted for women who have not been successful in finding their place in the work force. One of our students, Keenan, agreed to be profiled in a video.
