Our Mission
Based in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver BC, the mission of Tradeworks Training Society is to actively serve the community by empowering people with job related education, life skills counseling and job search support.
Our Operating Philosophy
We strive to be accountable, responsible and cooperative. We believe that, in order to be most effective, we must be responsive to the community and sensitive to the individual by providing a safe supportive and equitable learning and working environment.
Our Vision
Tradeworks will be a diversely funded, self sufficient, integrated and compassionate service provider.

- Neil Hamilton - A Senior Property Advisor at Macdonald Realty Ltd
- Brian Johnston - An Independant Businessman
- Mike Palmer - A Manager at RONA, Western Canada Logistics and Fleet Services.
- Jill Porter - A consultant in employment services, inclusivity and communtiy development.
- Patrick Smith - A Chartered Accountant with Walsh King.
- Sephanie Snider - A Consulting Communications Specialist.
- Clare Waters - An independent business consultant in business strategy.
