Our Mission
Based in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver BC, the mission of Tradeworks Training Society is to actively serve the community by empowering people with job related education, life skills counseling and job search support.
Our Operating Philosophy
We strive to be accountable, responsible and cooperative. We believe that, in order to be most effective, we must be responsive to the community and sensitive to the individual by providing a safe supportive and equitable learning and working environment.
Our Vision
Tradeworks will be a diversely funded, self sufficient, integrated and compassionate service provider.

- Thomas Frauenberger - A graduate architect and real estate project manager.
- Kathy Sayers - An independent business woman and life coach.
- Darlene Patrick - Retired litigator.
- Russ Jones - RONA's Business Development Director, Olympic Programs.
- Neil Hamilton - Senior Advisor at Remax Commercial Advantage Realty.
- Sunny Mckechnie - A communications specialist at Karyo-Edelman.
- Jane McCauley - An Adult educator in software and related skills.
- Spencer Isaac - Business advisor and massage therapist, Omana Massage.
- Wilma Leung - Green home developer, WISA Healthy Homes.
